The CAPP Ministry introduces: The Howard Miller Scholarship, honoring the legacy of Mr. Howard Miller, founder of Howard’s Tire Service in Sidney, Ohio. Known for his integrity, kindness, and dedication to community, this $500 annual scholarship—established by Sis. Cathy Guerrant, in memory of her father, supports high school seniors and adult learners pursuing vocational or technical education.
