Overview

In the New International Version of the Holy Word of God, the 23rd and 24th verses of the 37th chapter of Psalm read: “If the Lord delights in a man’s way, he makes his steps firm; though he stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand.”

This year, we embrace a theme that calls each of us to follow God into our Destiny. In pursuing this theme, we will learn to take steps that only bring delight to the Lord and we are assured that when we bring God delight, though we sometimes stumble, God will keep us in God’s hand. Hallelujah!

For the entire year, we will engage in this “Following God” curriculum with a series of new classes offered to all ages that outline the steps that we must take to grow closer to God and to walk more assuredly with Jesus. It is our prayer that if we trust God enough to set aside time for some serious Bible study this year, we will see all of our lives taken to a new spiritual destiny! We will see our ministries soar and the kingdom of God strengthened and empowered! Oh, that God’s Kingdom could be realized in Dayton, Ohio through the lives of some committed and prepared saints of God at Omega Baptist Church!
